Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Dry Cleaning Front Desk Agent and Order Packing Attendant to join our dry cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in addition to packing and assembling dry cleaning orders correctly. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Mark in orders efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed accurately.
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and perform basic math calculations for transactions.
- Assemble dry cleaning orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Pack and assemble dry cleaning orders.
- Collaborate with production and tailoring team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous dry cleaning experience is preferred but not required; a background in hospitality is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and managing cash handling tasks.
- Experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
