What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Hospitality Housekeeper position at Hospital Hospitality House of Saginaw, Inc.?
Currently hiring one individual to work 8-16 hours per week and to provide availability for on-call shifts and vacation coverage across any shift.
Hospital Hospitality House of Saginaw is a nonprofit organization that serves as a home away from home to out-of-town patients and families receiving medical care in Saginaw. We are open 24/7/365, so all staff must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Our Hospitality Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and common areas, checking guests in/out at the front desk, entering information into our guest registration software, and answering the phone, all while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep all common areas clean
- Front Desk duties including check-in and -out of guests
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms
- Make beds and keep up with laundry
- Replenish toiletries and towels
- Make dinner for guests, as needed

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of computers and able to input data into software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with guests
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching
