Job Summary
The Clinical Manager consistently applies the core values and high reliability principles in the constant pursuit of excellence, improving the health status of the patient population served and improving employee work-life. As a member of hospital leadership, effectively collaborates with appropriate clinical disciplines to achieve a safe and optimal patient care experience for an identified patient population. This leader has 24-hour accountability for the coordination and continued oversight of assigned area to facilitate effective, efficient and patient centered care delivery.
Qualifications
- Required: Current valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut.
- Required- Supervisory experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Required: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a like population served.
- Required: Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree with Associates or bachelor's in nursing.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in nursing, or master’s degree in related healthcare field, management, business administration or current matriculation.
- Preferred: Valid/current BLS Healthcare Provider or equivalent.
