Your Work Matters How will you make a difference?
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing human resources for the facility, which includes recruiting for vacant positions, conducting general employee orientations, maintaining all personnel records and files, conducting employee benefits and savings plus enrollment meetings, responding to insurance and unemployment compensation correspondence, employment verifications and organizing all employee activities and in-services.
- Provide human resources support to the facility by managing all personnel issues within corporate policies and procedures and all federal and state guidelines.
- Assist in preparing personnel-related documents for THE JOINT COMMISSION surveys.
- Assist in the recruitment of all vacancies, including interviewing, job placement, and conducting orientation.
- Prepare personnel files and maintain personnel records in accordance to facility and Corporate personnel policies and guidelines.
- Conduct employee benefit orientation, an open enrollment meetings, and enroll employees in health insurance and 401(k) when eligible.
- Coordinate with Corporate Human Resources and prepare requested reports for the Corporate Human Resources Office as requested.
- Provide consultation and training to facility management regarding employee relations issues, counseling and termination procedures as required.
- Audit all working compensation claims, ensuring appropriate completion of paperwork, while monitoring status of all claims.
- Support facility-wide quality/performance improvement goals and objectives.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
- Education & Licensure (if applicable): Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field is preferred; Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office.
- Additional Skill Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.

Compensation:
This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Director of Human Resources!
