Job Summary
The Director of Internal Compliance performs compliance audits and ensure adherence to all internal operation and evaluate all procedures to maintain accuracy with all internal standards. The Director of Internal Compliance reports to the Corporate Compliance Officer. The Director of Internal Compliance leads audits, assessments, and regulatory readiness activities across the organization. The Director of Internal Compliance will assist the Corporate Compliance Officer and contribute to the overall success of the organization’s corporate compliance program.
Education, Credentials & Experience Requirements

Education, Credentials & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a health care organization.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Familiarity with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
- Understanding of coding and reimbursement systems, risk management, and performance improvement helpful.
