A highly motivated and energetic Sales Director to join our hospice business development team in order to support the growth of our agency through both the expansion of our current and existing relationships within our network as well as the development of entirely new relationships. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies to promote hospice services and drive business growth. This individual will be responsible for sales leadership in a multi-state area, and will be accountable for driving business growth, building relationships, and promoting hospice services to meet the needs of patients and families facing end-of-life care. The Hospice Sales Director is responsible for leading the sales efforts of the hospice organization, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations to promote hospice services. • Collaboration : Collaborate with internal departments such as clinical services, operations, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and seamless delivery of services to patients and families.
  • Compliance and Ethics : Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and organizational policies, maintaining integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

COMPENSATION :

This role provides a competitive base salary starting at $135,000 Annually.

Requirements :

  • In-depth knowledge of hospice care regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

  • Our organization is dedicated to providing high quality care and an inclusive environment to all of our patients and employees. Home hospice takes place in our patients home setting, so it is vital for us to consider each patient and their support system entirely as we are in their space and serving them in one of the most vulnerable times in their lives. Our care is made more rich by individualized care plans that consider the wholeness of the people we serve and how that affects their goals and guides collaborative solutions that each patient is comfortable with. Promotion of a diverse workforce of people who are able to connect with the populations we serve as people allows us to meet these goals. Each member of our interdisciplinary team provides unique experiences and backgrounds that strengthen our ability to serve our patients and their loved ones. To support our diverse workforce and patient population, we use inclusive language in our listings, documentation, and intake forms. We also complete cultural competency and LGBTQ care trainings upon hire and annually.

We are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status.
