Job Location: Charleston, WV and surrounding areas
Position Summary:
- Provides nursing care and other support services to patients and families.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Position Qualifications:
- Graduate from an approved school of Practical Nursing.
- Current unrestricted license.
- Minimum of one year experience, preferably with home health or hospice patients.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Visual and hearing acuity sufficient.

Must be capable of managing stress, multitasking, and emotional situations including patient loss.
