Duties
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to hospice inpatients, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and symptom management.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and physiological evaluations, to inform individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on and coordination of services to optimize patient comfort and family support.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR)
- Respond promptly to urgent needs such as acute pain episodes or respiratory distress, utilizing advanced airway management and emergency protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license with current state certification required
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- Excellent communication skills for family interactions, and interdisciplinary collaboration in fast-paced environments
Pay: $34.00 - $40.95 per hour
