Duties
- Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform procedures such as catheterization, venipuncture, and IV infusions.
- Provide case management services to coordinate patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health record systems like Epic.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care strategies.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
- Support patients with disabilities by adapting care approaches to meet their unique needs.

Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in critical care or emergency room settings preferred.
- Proficiency in ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation of diagnoses.
