- Hospice Field Staff RN/Case Manager Position Summary**
- The Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing the patient/family/caregiver needs, planning for the care, implementing the Plan of Care, and evaluating the effectiveness of the care provided. As a member of the IDT, the Staff Registered Nurse/Case
- Pay**: \$39.21 Hourly. Full-Time Non-Exempt Position. 40 hours weekly/80 hours bi-weekly. ```{=html}
- Schedule**: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM with an additional rotational on-call schedule that includes some evening, weekends, and holidays. As we have on-call nurses, on-call would be limited. -
- Location**: Will be based out of our Belleville Patient Services

- We visit our patients wherever they may be located, whether it be in their homes, long-term care facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, etc. As a result, a valid driver\'s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation are requirements of the position. The company reimburses .70 cents per mile for driving personal vehicles.
