Part-Time to Full-Time | Flexible Hours
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, patient-centered care while working in a supportive, positive environment that values teamwork, flexibility, and work–life balance. The position can be part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling to meet both patient and staff needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with individualized care plans
- Assess patient needs, monitor symptoms, and administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team, including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides
- Educate patients and families on care plans, symptom management, and disease progression
- Offer emotional support and compassionate guidance to patients and their loved ones
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled (flexible and shared)
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
