Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to inform care plans.
- Administer medications and other treatments following strict protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance.
- Assist with complex procedures such as catheterization, wound suturing, tube feeding, and sterile processing to support patient recovery.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems and case management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in settings in homes and s long-term care facilities
- Educate patients and families on health coaching, medication management, dementia or Alzheimer’s care, pain management strategies, etc
- Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the relevant state or region.
- Proven experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, neonatal ventilator care, or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR system proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols and HIPAA compliance

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
