Carolyn's House- Harrisburg
PRN- As needed
Responsible to evaluate, establish and maintain a comprehensive plan of care that is individualized to specific patient circumstances; provide the patient/family direct clinical care as necessary and coordinates the care with the patient's
interdisciplinary team members. Must have 2 years of RN experience.
Must be able to complete a 5-6 week, full time day orientation.
