The Resident Relief Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Resident Relief Manager to support our Hospitality House. This is a part time position required working at least one weekend monthly. This position will stay nightly on the premise when working their shift. The Resident Relief Manager will assist in overseeing daily activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, check-ins and check-outs and the cleaning of all rooms.
**Duties **
- Manage operations in the absence of the Manager
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Handle cash and credit card transactions.
-Clean all rooms appropriately.
