What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic?
Position provides professional post-anesthesia nursing care for patients of all ages, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. In addition to supervising PACU or pre-op staff, may make operational decisions in the manager's absence.
- Requirements: Graduate of an NLN accredited nursing program; current NM or Compact RN license; BLS within 2 weeks, ACLS & PALS within 6 months of hire.
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, documentation, and commitment to professional standards.
- Experience: Preferred in PACU, ambulatory care, critical care, or general nursing.
- Physical: Regular lifting/pushing, exposure to fluids, hazardous agents, flexible hours.
