Director of Regenerative Medicine Program
Location: Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic – Gillette, Wyoming
Compensation: Competitive low base salary aggressive performance-based commission/revenue share
Job Summary
The Director of Regenerative Medicine Program is responsible for launching, developing, marketing, and managing an advanced autologous (patient-derived) stem cell therapy service line. This position requires an entrepreneurial leader with strong commercial acumen who can integrate clinical resources, build operational workflows, and drive significant cash-pay revenue growth while upholding the highest medical and ethical standards. The Director will transform a cutting-edge clinical capability into a world-class, patient-centered regenerative medicine program.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Recruits, hires, trains, and evaluates program staff
Provides direct leadership and coaching to ensure operational excellence
Oversees day-to-day performance, ensuring alignment with clinical, ethical, and financial objectives
Duties and Responsibilities
Program Development & Operations
Designs, launches, and manages all operational workflows for the stem cell therapy service, including patient intake, scheduling, education, treatment coordination, and follow-up.
Integrates clinic resources such as imaging, functional testing, specialist consultations, and the on-site stem cell lab to create a seamless patient experience.
Develops and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) for patient engagement, communication, and service delivery.
Marketing & Sales Strategy (Primary Focus)
Creates and executes an aggressive multi-channel marketing strategy to attract regional, national, and international patients to Gillette, WY.
Leads all elements of the sales cycle for a high-value, cash-pay elective medical service, including inquiry conversion, consultations, and patient onboarding.
Demonstrates deep product knowledge regarding autologous stem cell therapy and communicates benefits ethically and accurately to prospective patients.
Develops branding, messaging, promotional campaigns, and sales tools that adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.
Ethical and Regulatory Adherence
Ensures all marketing, sales, and patient communications remain transparent, medically accurate, evidence-informed, and patient-centered.
Operates in full compliance with Wyoming statutes related to autologous stem cell therapy and applicable federal guidelines.
Maintains the highest standards of medical ethics, prioritizing patient well-being over sales targets.
Education / Certifications / Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences, marketing, or related field preferred.
Advanced degrees (MBA, MHA, MS) considered an asset.
Relevant certifications in healthcare management, sales leadership, or regenerative medicine preferred but not required.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in business development, sales leadership, or program management within regenerative medicine, biotech, functional medicine, or elective cash-pay medical services.
Proven experience launching or scaling high-ticket, cash-pay medical or wellness programs.
Established network and market experience within the stem cell, anti-aging, or functional medicine industry.
Experience creating processes, leading teams, and driving significant revenue growth.
Required Skills / Abilities
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to convert inquiries into sales in a cash-pay environment.
Expert communication and patient education skills.
Ability to design operational structures and create scalable processes.

Salary : $72,000 - $150,000
