Field Service Technician

Responsibilities of a Field Technician:

• Repairing equipment in the field and our Shop as needed. Being exposed to the elements (extreme heat, high winds, rain) .
• Maintaining a clean serviced company provided vehicle.
• Securing Items in the bed of the truck.
• Repairing equipment to the manufacture’s specs.
• Completing both paper and electronic forms. (rental man).
• Communicating with customers (both prior to the job/ after the repairs)
• Maintaining service truck Parts inventory.
• Adhering to the Safety regulations both at the Hoskins location and the Job sites. (monthly safety meetings)
• Communicating with Management daily.
• Having the proper tools to repair the rental equipment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Valid Driver’s License
