Responsibilities
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify electrical faults and system issues.
- Perform electrical diagnostics on electrical systems, electronic equipment, and computer hardware to determine root causes of malfunctions.
- Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic systems at various locations.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting documents to guide repairs and installations.
- Repair electrical equipment by replacing faulty components, soldering electronic parts, and reassembling devices following safety standards.
- Test electronic systems using specialized equipment to ensure proper operation before deployment or after repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating technical information clearly and resolving issues efficiently during service calls.
Requirements
- Two years proven experience as a service technician or electronics technician with hands-on repair experience in electronic systems.
- Strong knowledge of electronic/electrical troubleshooting techniques for both Analog and Digital circuits.
- Proficiency in reading electronic schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, tweezers, soldering and micro-soldering process (IPC J-STD-001 Certification is a plus), and crimpers.
- Familiarity with electronic testing instruments including oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and schematics interpretation tools.
- Ability to perform maintenance on complex electronic equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Experience with computer networking hardware and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently in the field or within a team environment across multiple locations when required.

Pay: $25.53 - $30.74 per hour
