DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES JOB DESCRIPTIONS
We are looking for individuals who are fluent in Spanish and English, also confident and professional to join our team!
Important to have knowledge and experience in Billing and coding, solving billing disputes by coordinating with insurance companies. Clinical and administrative support and Electronic medical records.
This full/part time position involves having strong communication skills, working with Medical insurance as needed, and assisting the director on a daily basis. We are looking for individuals who have experience in the following areas:
- Management
- Scheduling
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Electronic Medical Records (Procentive)
- Familiar with current HIPAA&OSHAA guidelines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a MEDICAL office
- some Medical Billing (preferred)
- Medical Assistant (preferred)
- Knowledge of Bio Hazard, CLIA, CAQH, PECOS, NPI
The ideal candidate for this position is dependable, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
Education: High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Certification: CPR (preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, have a positive attitude. An individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. 2 years of experience in the medical field is required. English and Spanish speaking is a plus.

Duties:
- Schedule appointments
- Greeting patients on arrival
- Perform data entry
- Answer phone calls
- Compose letters, memos and emails
- Assist the doctor in Aesthetic procedures and minor surgeries (when needed)

- Must be familiar with the EHR medical charting system
