What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Home Caregiver position at Hosanna Home Companion Care LLC?
We are a small business looking for Caregivers in the Dayton area. We offer flexible work hours and competitive pay with shift differentials.
Must have good communication skills, able to perform light housekeeping, cooking, and personal care (including bathing and dressing). You must also pass a background check. Must have a working smart phone as we use a mobile app for clocking in and out and for documentation.
We provide non medical services to our clients. If you would like to make a difference in someone's life, and have a desire for caregiving, this position is for you! The care that we provide allows older adults to age gracefully in their own homes, rather than having to go to a facility. We do not require our caregivers to provide any type of medical care, and minimal physical assistance is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to do housekeeping, cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal care, and provide companionship
- Provide incontinence care if needed
- Provide minimal physical assistance
- Reliable transportation and willingness to transport clients if needed
- Working smart phone to use our mobile app
- Must pass background check
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
