Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Orange County (Irvine) office with 4 years of experience. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, as well as appearing for court hearings, depositions, mediation, and second chair at trial. Applicants should be eager to go to court and have a true desire to defend all types of personal injury matters.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Bar admission in California and in good standing
• Experience in conducting legal research and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work product
• Experience in Insurance Defense is a plus, but not required
