We are seeking a responsible, alert, and dependable Security Guard to join our team at Horsham Center.

This position requires someone who can confidently monitor a busy healthcare environment with frequent guests, visitors, staff, and residents coming and going throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor entrances, exits, and activity throughout the facility.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor resident movement and help ensure residents who are not authorized to leave the facility remain safely inside.
• Remain alert and respond quickly to security concerns or emergencies.
• Be able to move quickly and take appropriate action during emergency situations.
• Maintain a professional and calm presence in a busy environment.
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, visitors, and emergency personnel when necessary.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous security experience required.
• Military/Army veterans are strongly encouraged to apply
• Must be comfortable working in a busy environment with frequent foot traffic.
• Must be observant, dependable, and able to remain focused throughout the shift.
• Must be physically capable of responding quickly during emergencies.
• Strong communication and judgment skills are essential.
