Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
- Provide compassionate resident care, including monitoring health status and reporting changes
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other staff to support care plans
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations
- Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents and families
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
- Experience in long-term care or a nursing home setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
