Experienced Residential HVAC Installer
Fort Collins, CO | $35-45 hourly | Overtime available

We're hiring an experienced HVAC Installer who can take ownership of installs, work efficiently, and represent the company well in customers' homes. At Horsetooth Heating & Air, we're focused on doing the job right the first time and giving our team the support, training, and respect they deserve.
About the Role
- Complete residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members throughout the project
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Manage materials and ensure proper handling of equipment
- Work collaboratively with apprentices and helpers when assigned
- Continue developing technical skills through ongoing training
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- Solid understanding of residential systems and install best practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
- Willingness to continue learning and improving
