Pay Rate: Expected annual earnings of $125,000 - 200,000 annually; blend of base salary plus commission on sales
Position Details: This Comfort Consultant role is designed for a versatile sales professional who can confidently navigate both the residential and commercial sides of the business. You'll blend in-home consultations with B2B outreach, leveraging your commercial sales experience to build strong business relationships while also helping homeowners choose the right comfort solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts in-home and commercial sales consultations to assess comfort needs and preferences
- Recommending products and solutions tailored to the customer's goals and budget
- Building rapport and trust through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
- Preparing detailed proposals with pricing and financing options
- Addressing customer questions and concerns confidently
- Recording client interactions and progress in CRM systems
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Staying up to date on products, technology, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- 2 years of in-home or consultative sales experience is required
- Residential load calculation experienced is preferred
- A strong interest in B2B sales the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with commercial clients
- Proficiency in computer-based systems and software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Team player who enjoys a collaborative, people-first environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
Salary : $125,000 - $200,000
