Plumbing Apprentice

Horsetooth Heating & Air is looking for a Plumbing Apprentice who is ready to learn, work hard, and develop the skills needed for a long-term career in the plumbing trade.
You don't need extensive plumbing experience to be successful in this role. We're interested in people with a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and a genuine interest in learning a skilled trade. Previous experience in construction, HVAC, maintenance, automotive, or other hands-on work is a plus.
You'll work alongside experienced plumbers while gaining practical experience on residential service calls and installations.

Your Day-to-Day
- Assist experienced plumbers with residential repairs, service calls, and installations
- Learn to troubleshoot and work on residential plumbing systems
- Develop safe and effective use of hand and power tools
- Help maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
- Interact professionally and respectfully with homeowners
- Apply what you learn through hands-on training and daily field experience
- Plumbing experience preferred, but not required
- Background in construction, HVAC, maintenance, automotive, mechanical work, or another skilled trade is a plus
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
