JOBSUMMARY:
Responsible for the overall appearance of the restaurant, cleanliness ofservice stations, and bus carts, setting table and keeping service stationsstocked.

ESSENTAILJOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assists in providing service to our guests.
- Responsible for cleaning tables, setting up and breaking down foodservice areas.
- Responsible for serving bread and butter, pouring water, and settingtables to specifications.
- Must support and maintain Caesars Values and Mission statement and thevalues and mission of the Food & Beverage department.
- Accountable for properly and safely carrying bus tubs and trays to thedish room in accordance with training and updates to that training.
- Ensures the proper of stocking silverware and glasses during service.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all service stationsincluding, but not limited to, cleaning sinks, emptying trash, washing walls,mopping floors, changing drink boxes and canisters, stocking juice and milk,brewing coffee, wiping down counters, and deep cleaning stations.
- Responsible for keeping floors in restaurant and kitchen free of debrisand soil.
- Responsible for setting table for service in accordance with Food andBeverage standards and procedures.
DEMANDSNECESSARY TO COMPLETE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
PHYSICAL& MENTAL:
- Must be able to lift trays with food above shoulder level.
- Must be able to clean and reset tables in a timely fashion.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and be able to reach across tables.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
WORKENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
