The Bell/Valet Attendant delivers exceptional guest service by assisting with arrivals and departures, parking vehicles, handling luggage, and managing front drive operations. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and efficient first impression for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in support
- Transport luggage, including specialty items (e.g., coolers, golf clubs)
- Manage traffic flow at the front drive
- Maintain the cleanliness of the entrance, valet area, and bell carts
- Provide accurate information about the resort and local area
- Complete guest deliveries and special requests
- Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Stay informed on resort amenities, schedules, and promotions
- Follow proper phone and guest communication etiquette
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Must follow uniform and grooming standards, including slip-resistant footwear
- Ability to follow all company policies and procedures
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
