Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend reading materials and speak, read, and write fluently in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a neat and pleasant overall appearance.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to resolve issues and handle customer complaints by informing supervisors in a timely manner.
- Work Ethic: Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible work environment.
- Guest Relations: Greet and assist members and guests as they enter the facility.
- Scheduling: Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for tennis courts and lessons.
- Financial Transactions: Efficiently handle sales transactions within the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize Golf Pro and V1 systems for scheduling and checking in guests for services.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of both the Tennis and Fitness centers.
- Merchandising: Ensure all retail items are folded, hung, neatly organized, and re-stocked as needed.
