Position Summary
Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a licensed Spa Nail Technician to deliver professional nail services in a luxury spa environment. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences through high-quality treatments, strong service standards, and strict adherence to sanitation protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and specialty treatments
- Provide hand and foot massage techniques to enhance guest relaxation
- Maintain appointment schedules and deliver services within designated timeframes
- Educate guests on services and recommend products to support retail goals
- Follow all sanitation, sterilization, and safety standards in compliance with state regulations and resort policies
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with spa team members to ensure outstanding guest service
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail art, and French manicure techniques
- Customer Service: Ability to communicate effectively, manage guest expectations, and deliver a positive spa experience
- Attention to Detail: Precision in nail shaping, polish application, and artistic design
- Licensing & Experience: Current State of Texas Nail Technician or Cosmetology License required; prior experience in a salon, spa, or freelance setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of nail health and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and service tracking
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements with precision
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
