We are looking for a Business Development TEAM Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with our clients. Those clients are power sports dealers, specifically, those that sell the Premium Brands that we provide Leasing services for. This is a client development role. Less about new dealers, more about INFLUENCING our current clients to utilize the program. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you have a background in producing results, client relations and knowledge of our industry, we'd like to meet you. Your mandate will be to help us increase our revenue while helping to influence existing clients to utilize the program, increasing revenue of both Horsepower Financial and our dealers.
This is a critical role at a very important time. It is a results driven role.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and influence program utilization immediately.
- Drive results of your territory
- Influence current dealers to utilize the program
- Create plans to address clients' business needs
- Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and questions and escalate issues as appropriate
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Achieve and EXCEED Sales and Revenue Targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. operations, finance, senior management) to address customers' needs
- Drive yourself and the team to achieve KPI's
- Be the direct Front line manager for your team. Hire/Fire as necessary
- Assist VP Client Development

Reports To

Skills Needed
- Proven experience as a Client Manager.
- Ability to establish accountabilities and hold yourself to them
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience achieving relevant KPIs (I.e. Sales targets, Customer engagement)
- Proficient in MS Office, including word, Excel, Outlook, etc. with working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- A customer-oriented and company positive attitude
- Be able to operate in the, at times, irreverent world of powersports dealers and internal collections where language can be colorful
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Own Your Results
- Ability to work well with a team
- Love the Powersports Culture
- Be able to travel 75% of the time and overnights
- Have a valid drivers license
