Job Summary

We lease Motorcycles and ATV's. This position is in office 8am-5pm M-F.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team This energetic role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining an efficient administrative environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. With a focus on office management, clerical tasks, and customer service, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, helping us deliver outstanding service and seamless workflow. Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and route calls accurately
  • Accurately and immediately update/file information as required
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for creating reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Creating and organizing Client and customer files.
  • Assist Operations Manager in various tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, supporting clients and team members alike

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support roles
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong time management skills
