This position will work to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The Business Intelligence analyst will assist in collecting, managing, and analyzing data to yield insights that inform business strategies and operations. Key Accountabilities
- Develop Performance Metrics and Dashboards: Define metrics, create user-friendly dashboards, and deliver timely, accurate reports to support decision-making.
- Manage Data Retrieval and Analysis: Coordinate data collection, ensure integrity, and analyze datasets to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Transform Data into Actionable Insights: Use analytical tools to interpret data, identify patterns, and provide impactful recommendations.
- Monitor Trends and Develop Insights: Continuously review data to highlight trends, identify anomalies, and guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate With Stakeholders: Partner with teams to understand their analytical needs, design tailored solutions and align data efforts with organizational goals.
- Other duties may be assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field - I.E, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration.
- Minimum of one (1) or more years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Industry certifications (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or SQL) are a plus.
