What We Offer
- Air-conditioned facility — because Arizona is no joke
- $20.00–$24.00/hr based on experience with weekly pay
- Monday- Friday 2:00pm–10:30pm
- Paid holidays
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision)
- All tools and equipment provided
- 1st Shift: 5:30am – 2:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
The Press Brake Operator is responsible for the daily operation of press brakes — setup, bending material to spec, basic maintenance, and keeping equipment clean and running safely.
Responsibilities
- Daily operation of press brake from pre-set programs with minor adjustments for material variations
- Basic setup and loading of tools
- Form parts per specifications to meet quality and production goals
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly
- TRUMPF press brake experience is a plus
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment
- Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, protractor)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision
- Self-motivated and responsive to production requirements
- Team player who puts the group's success first
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 or older
- 2 years of fabrication experience preferred
- 2 years of CNC press brake operation preferred
Salary : $20 - $24
