Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic Project Coordinator to join our small but growing team. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts throughout company operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment. The project coordinator will assist in coordinating various construction and property management activities with a keen attention.
Our construction projects and property management services are in the high end single family home marketplace in Greenwich, CT. The Project Coordinator would spend much of their day to day time on jobsites, with a smaller percentage of time working from our main office.
Duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project schedules and manage timelines effectively.
- Oversee on-site vendors to ensure quality, safety and jobsite cleanliness standards are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project management team.
- Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintain documentation related to project activities (Daily Logs)
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a small business setting, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Lower Fairfield and Westchester County.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee projects of varying scales and values.

Preferred Qualifications
