Overview
We are seeking a part time, dynamic Garden center associate, for weekends and fill in days
Duties
- Manage daily opening and closing duties
- Think on their feet
- stock replenishment
- Assist customers with gardening advice, landscape maintenance tips, and product selections
- Handle POS transactions, cash handling, and retail math accurately
- Maintain knowledge of lawn care products, horticulture trends
Skills
- Experience with retail sales, cashiering, POS systems, and stock management
- Excellent communication skills
- organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
