Responsibilities
- Install pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, drainage systems, and masonry features according to project plans and company standards.
- Install trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, and other landscape materials with attention to detail and long-term plant health.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, skid steers, excavators, compactors, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, grading plans, layout measurements, and construction drawings.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each project.
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and project managers regarding progress, material needs, and job site challenges.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and consistently deliver work that meets company quality expectations.
- Help train, mentor, and support newer team members by demonstrating proper installation techniques, safety practices, and professionalism.
- Lead by example through reliability, accountability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Assist crew leaders with organizing workflow, maintaining efficiency, and ensuring team members understand daily expectations.
- Perform quality inspections throughout installation to ensure projects meet company standards before completion.
- Assist with additional construction and remodeling projects, including flooring, tile, carpentry, framing, concrete work, and related tasks when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Professional experience in landscaping, hardscaping, masonry, or general construction is required.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, outdoor installations, and proper tool operation.
- Ability to accurately read blueprints, layout plans, and construction drawings.
- Experience operating construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of stone, concrete, pavers, retaining wall systems, grading, drainage, and related materials.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lead by example while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work, stay productive, and consistently meet project goals.
- Willingness to accept feedback, hold yourself accountable, and maintain high performance standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
