Responsibilities
- Drive tour vans for diverse groups, sharing stories about bourbon history. Tour days typically last 7-9 hours.
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including coordinating group flow and adhering to scheduled timelines.
- Answer questions from guests with clarity and enthusiasm, providing detailed insights into bourbon craftsmanship.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent customer service and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Maintain safety protocols during tours to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
- Collaborate with management to enhance tour content and improve visitor satisfaction.
Skills
- Experience driving 12-15 passenger vans - Non CDL (Preferred but not required)
- Previous customer service, concierge, travel agent, bourbon industry or bourbon tourism experience (Preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide groups confidently and manage diverse visitor interactions.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and engagingly.
- Experience in customer service or teaching roles that involve public interaction.
- Effective time management skills to keep tours on schedule while maintaining quality experiences.
- Passion for bourbon, history, or hospitality is a plus!
