- Manage and prioritize the Superintendent's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communications with the Superintendent's office, including handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare handbooks, presentations, meeting agendas, and other documentation for the Superintendent.
- Maintain an organized filing system for records and confidential documents.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
