Customer Service Representative I
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative I for a full-time onsite opportunity with a logistics/warehouse-related organization. The candidate will work directly with customers, carriers, and warehouse teams to support daily order processing and shipment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound customer orders
- Track shipments, inventory, and daily order requirements
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
- Create and manage BOLs (Bills of Lading) and shipment documents
- Maintain accurate customer and inventory records in the system
- Resolve customer issues and provide timely updates
- Monitor inventory locations and order status
- Prepare reports and maintain communication between office and warehouse teams
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or warehouse/logistics experience
- Experience with inventory tracking, order processing, or warehouse systems preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
