AZ Southeast Distributors, LLC is seeking a Route Developer for our Tampa, FL area.
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Route Developer is responsible for marketing, promoting, and profitably selling AriZona Beverages to customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensureallproducts are made available to every accountwithinhis/her territory.
- All accounts must beoffered,all promotions made availablebyAriZonaBeverages.
- Ensure all orders are entered into theiPadat location toutilizeprior history for accuracy of customer needs.
- Must supply the company with a complete list of all potential customersin his/her territory.
- Activelysolicitevery potential customer in his/her territory weekly whenworkingthat assigned route day.
- Ensure all retail accounts are merchandised& packed-outto thecompanystandards.Place POS banners, displays, where applicable and cooler resets to expand our distribution.
- Ensure all Master Data (Route List) is updated andmaintainedweekly for name, address, owner’s name, beer license # andexpirationdate, as well as in proper sequence order for service.
- Can only service customer in his/her assigned geographic territory.
- AllAriZonaidentifiedracks, glide trays and refrigerators are for the exclusive use of our products.Any non-exclusive situations should be corrected and reported to management forassistance.
- Must attend all company requested meetings.
- All new accounts requiring an account number must be called in from the trade.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in business administrationor related fieldpreferred
- Two to five years of relevant sales and industryexperience
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation
