JOB TITLE: Production Line Lead
DEPARTMENT/DIVISION: US Beverage Packers (USBP)
FACILITY LOCATION: Keasbey, NJ
REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE (Basic purpose of job)
The Production Line Lead position performs work conducting and maintaining production standards, ensuring quality and quantity according to production schedules. This position must be able to accommodate the workload of a Production Operator as well as provide leadership to the team.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience and/or ability required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure production needs are completed as scheduled or needed.
- Monitor production processes and team to ensure schedules are met.
- Ensure high standards of production, OEE and forecasted goals are met.
- Maintain production equipment, lead product standards, and enforce quality control practices.
- Keep abreast of health and safety requirements.
- Support machine operators in setup and operation of production equipment resulting in efficient runs.
- Train operators in proper operation, calibration, and maintenance of production line equipment.
- Train operators on efficient changeover standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives by implementing directives.
- Ensure accurate downtime documentation in MES.
- Ensure line sanitation standards are met and maintained.
- All other duties, as required or needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 45 pounds.
