The Production Supervisor within Government Services leads a team that performs real-time analysis and review of extensive documentation required by federal regulations. The Supervisor must be a critical thinker who seeks input from their team and challenges the status quo. The Supervisor must also be comfortable communicating “the why” and assisting others with understanding program policies and procedures to solve problems and ensure program compliance. The Supervisor is responsible for researching client requests related to eligibility and assisting with constituent outreach. Additionally, the Supervisor will be accountable for team deliverables and timelines, offer feedback and delegate to Associates, and exhibit fierce career ownership.

- Leads training and provide technical assistance to funded recipients
- Effectively communicates eligible and ineligible expenses to potential recipients, internal partners, and the public at large
- Reviews and approves policies and procedures manual and all amendments
- Designs and implements subrecipient training programs and outreach content
- Utilizes technology to ensure funding transparency and accountability
- Manages content updates for public transparency website
- Reviews and finalizes real-time status reports of funding
- Assists in design and implementation of client reporting dashboards
- Manages day-to-day oversight and compliance activities for the program
- Implements internal control framework to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse
- Manages responses to state and federal oversight and monitoring activities
- Manages day-to-day production environment for case management and administrative staff
Education:
- HS Diploma or GED, required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s, preferred
- Two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in a production environment related to manufacturing, quality assurance, or grant management, preferred
- Federal grant administration and compliance experience, preferred

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), preferred

- Ability to understand complex grant funding requirements
