Job Details

- Location: Yuma, AZ 85365 (in-person)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
- Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles both in the showroom and during test drives.
- Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using computer databases.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowances, licensing fees, discounts, and financing or lease terms.
- Perform visual inspections of inventory on the lot.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and arrange for vehicle delivery and registration.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and provide an orientation on features and operation.
- Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work Hours
This is a full-time, in-person position with hours based on dealership schedule.
Job Requirements:
- At least one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong sales skills accompanied by excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Organizational skills with the ability to follow up thoroughly with clients before and after sales.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
