Horne Kia is actively hiring experienced Automotive Sales Consultants and Internet Sales Consultants to join one of the highest-volume automotive sales teams in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
• Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, chat, and showroom inquiries
• Build rapport and identify customer vehicle needs
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Follow up consistently with prospects and previous customers
• Present pricing, financing, trade-in, and ownership options professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales and/or automotive internet sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and closing skills
• Professional phone and email communication skills
• Experience working internet leads and CRM systems preferred
• DealerSocket experience is a plus
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required

Compensation

$7,000–$15,000 per month
