Horne Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring an HVAC Service Dispatcher to support our service team by coordinating technician schedules, managing incoming service requests, and keeping daily operations running efficiently. This is a fast-paced, team-driven role where your ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and stay organized directly impacts customer satisfaction and company performance.
This position offers consistent full-time hours with two 4/10 schedule options: Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience, with additional bonus opportunities tied to departmental performance.
In this role, you will manage incoming service calls, prioritize and schedule work orders based on urgency and technician availability, and maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, and leadership. You will review job notes, adjust schedules as needed throughout the day, and ensure all service appointments are executed efficiently and profitably. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to think quickly, and confidence working in a high-volume environment where priorities can shift.

What We're Looking For:
Candidates should have at least 2 years of dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience, along with at least 1 year of call center or high-volume customer service experience. You should be highly organized, comfortable multitasking, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.
