Host - Welcome Guests & Create Unforgettable Experiences!

Position Summary
Do you love creating unforgettable first impressions? Join our team as a Host aboard our scenic passenger vessel and help support front-of-house operations while delivering exceptional service and memorable moments on the water.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Support the Restaurant Manager and front-of-house team with daily cruise operations.
- Assist with deck setup, package placement, table assignments, and service preparation.
- Greet and seat guests to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Assist Servers and Server Assistants during service.
- Provide guests with information about menus, packages, entertainment, cruise routes, and points of interest.
- Assist with post-cruise cleanup and maintain clean, organized service areas.
- Help ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout the cruise.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Positive attitude with excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable lifting and moving furniture or supplies.
- Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
