We’re a growing, patient-focused chiropractic office looking for a laid-back, outgoing, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to join our awesome team! This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients and being part of a supportive, fun work environment.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments
- Sending, saving, and organizing medical records in patient charts
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Collecting payments and processing transactions
- Meet, greet and direct patients to examination rooms.
- Setting patients up on therapies and assisting as needed
- Keeping the office clean and organized with fellow team members
- Providing excellent customer service to every patient
- Additional administrative and clinical support duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Laid-back, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Seeking a long-term commitment
- No criminal background; employment is contingent upon passing a background check
- Previous chiropractic or medical office experience is a plus, but not required
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Local candidates preferred
- Experience working in a patient or customer oriented environment
- Must have high school diploma, some college preferred
