Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Intern currently pursuing a degree in Data Management, IT, or Software to support our internal tool selector and catalog enhancement initiatives catalog projects by organizing and validating technical data to ensure accuracy.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:
Marketing
· Organize, validate, and maintain technical data to ensure accuracy and usability in our tool selector and product catalog.
· Utilize Adobe InDesign for both layout design and scripting, contributing to efficient and consistent data display.
· Develop or assist in creating automated processes (such as InDesign scripts or agents) to streamline data handling and publication tasks.
· Work across multiple software systems and quickly adapt to new tools that support data management.
· Ensure a high level of precision when dealing with technical specifications and data integrity.
IT
· Create and manage data queries to extract and validate information from internal systems.
· Generate reports and data visualizations to support catalog accuracy, project tracking, and operational insights.
· Analyze datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Other Duties:
1. Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities:
· Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with experience in scripting or automation preferred.
· Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in data validation and accuracy.
· Ability to work with multiple software platforms and adapt quickly to new systems.
· A proactive, problem-solving mindset, comfortable with wearing multiple hats and tackling diverse data challenges.
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Data Management, IT, or Software.
WORKING CONDITIONS
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Climate controlled production area/office environment.
HOUR/SHIFTS:
· Monday- Friday.
· Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production deadlines and needs.

SALARY:
· Commensurate with experience and education.
