Experienced Service Technician

Horn Rapids RV is looking for a high-level, career-minded RV Service Technician to join our premier service team. We pride ourselves on providing top-tier maintenance and repair work for our loyal customer base, and we need a veteran technician who can hit the ground running. What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5–10 years of professional RV repair experience (Required).
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical (AC/DC), hydraulic systems (jacks/slides), and appliance repair (Norcold/Dometic/Suburban).
• Certifications: RVIA/RVDA certification is a major plus but not required if you have the equivalent years of field experience.
• Tooling: Must possess a comprehensive set of personal tools.
• Mindset: A "fix it right the first time" attitude with a focus on clean, efficient work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of motorhomes and towables (Tiffin, Grand Design, etc.).
• Install high-end upgrades including solar systems, Starlink satellite hardware, and suspension enhancements (Liquid Spring, MORryde, etc.).
• Document all work performed clearly for our warranty and service advisor team.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace while mentoring junior technicians when needed.
